WHAT'S FAMILY SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATION?
In a nutshell, Family Systemic Constellation is a type of psychotherapy that helps individuals gain insight into their lives and relationships by exploring the dynamics between family members and other groups. It is based on systemic order, which states that people are connected through various pathways to form an invisible web or “system” within families and group. It is also based in the belief of belonging and the equilibrium within a given system. The work of Anton Suitbert Hellinger, or Bert Hellinger, the father of systemic constellations has made it possible for this work to be take place. My practice involves creating a visual representation of the family system or the chosen system, often using physical objects such as toy figures and crystals through conversations and insightful movements. As a coach, I bring client to forward movements and aligned actions.
