I first came to Caroliny around my 40th birthday, during a time of personal transition. I wanted to create more ease and connection with my family over the holidays—and knew some of that began with me.

Over time, I continued working with Caroliny, including a powerful in-person session together with my husband. I began this process with a deep desire for healing and evolution. I felt that something inside me was asking for attention, for care — a longing to know myself beyond the surface, to understand my values, my pains, and to deconstruct old narratives that no longer made sense for the woman I longed to become.
Throughout this journey, I uncovered many limiting beliefs I carried without realizing it. Patterns that, for a long time, shaped the way I saw myself and related to who I was. But I also found, with deep honesty, my potential. I discovered that I am much stronger than I ever imagined, that I can trust myself, hold myself through pain, and move forward with courage. This process has profoundly impacted me. The main transformation has been in the way I see myself. For a long time, I carried a fragile image of who I was — struggling to believe in my worth and to set boundaries in my relationships. Today, I am (at least partially) able to recognize my strength, to honor what truly matters to me, and to stand with more love and firmness.
There have been countless moments of insight and transformation. But perhaps what moved me the most was the clarity that came with so many answers I had been seeking, and the light that began to turn on within me is slowly bringing meaning, peace, purpose, and direction. Describing this work with Carol is difficult because it touches the soul.
It is a deep dive where I meet pain, but a pain that heals, strengthens, and illuminates. It is a process of restoring my essence, of remembering what I often forget we are: light, truth, and love.
I am deeply grateful to have lived and to still be living all of this by your side, Carol. Thank you for walking with me with such sensitivity and presence.

What can I say about your work, Carol?
I always tell the people around me that she is magical and has a wonderful heart, and I truly believe that’s what she is: pure love. She does her work with so much love and dedication. Since 2021, I have been working with her on a multiple programs at different times. My journey so far has been one of evolution and deep life learning.
Her work has been part of everything I’ve become —through her patience, calmness, and the love she brings to what she does. I hold immense gratitude for her, because thanks to her guidance, I have evolved and continue to evolve — as a person, as a human being, as a daughter, as a woman, as a wife and as a professional.
And I must say, one of the most powerful aspects of your work for me has been the Systemic Work. This work has moved me the most. When I first met her, I was quite resistant to this work for many reasons.
When we began our sessions, she gently guided me into something I once disliked because of past experiences. And today, I absolutely love constellation work — because I learned its real meaning through her work and facilitation.
I understood the true essence of systemic constellation and all the benefits these movements brought to my life. I am living proof of those benefits, and I carry deep gratitude for every movement we have made together over these four years.
Each constellation brought challenges, lessons, and love. I learned that allowing and letting go can also bring things back — that trusting the process is everything. And I saw that process, and lived it, with
respect.
Carol, you are incredible in everything you do. Your work is wonderful, and I have nothing but gratitude for you and for everything you represent in my life. You know how much you mean to me — and I just have to thank you every single day. Thank you so much. I love you deeply.

I have learned to live with the limits of my body and better understand how
